  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into ½-inch cubes or wedges for even cooking.
  • Toss the sweet potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
  • Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and caramelized on the edges.
  • Serve hot as a side dish or add to salads, bowls, or tacos.
